Expertise
Area of Expertise: My research expertise lies in Pharmacognosy, with a Ph.D. focused on the anticoagulant activity of herbal plants and the isolation, characterization, and evaluation of their bioactive constituents. I hold B.Pharm. and M.Pharm. degrees in Pharmacognosy, providing a strong foundation in medicinal plant research, phytochemistry, natural product isolation, and herbal drug standardization. My work encompasses phytochemical screening, extraction and purification of active compounds, pharmacological evaluation, and quality assessment of herbal medicines. I am particularly interested in developing evidence-based herbal therapeutics, discovering novel bioactive molecules, and advancing natural product research for cardiovascular and other therapeutic applications.
